The copy of the video I'd seen (on GatewayPundit) zooms in on his face and you can see the fixed and swolled eyeballs, a fly buzzing around, and as the camera pans down, what appears to be bodily waste at the foot of the structure (bowel control lost at death?)
As well as grossly swollen arm muscles.
Looked fairly genuine to me.
