I see the fervour being in the way of expressing one’s faith in small ways in public and not being ashamed of it. Of being able to calmly talk to a person cursing God and say “this is why what you are doing is wrong” — and this is where it would diverge from pentecostals who by being hyper-aggressive turn the tables on themselves (as witness in Mangalore in India where pamphlets were distributed calling Hindu gods as demons — that didn’t win any converts, rather ruined a lot of calm, persistive work)
