The simplest prayer of all! Pray to the entire Trinity all at once.

Catholic Ping!

I believe also some of the rituals we use, like the proper way to hold the hand also gives us a deeper insight into the Trinity

My mother use to always do the sign of the cross when passing a church. My mother would help pick up her friends whose car did not work or ex city people who did not have a car to go get groceries. Her friend’s husband’s car broke down so my mother went to pick him up. After picking him up for the ride. When they passed a church my mom would do the sign of the cross. He asked what she was doing so my mother explained. Then he started doing it when there was no church. She asked. He explained he would do it for his church. Which was the OTB ( off track betting) he explained. My mother laffed told him he is a work in progress but will be praying for him and family. Lol!
