No, it is not. The art I posted is a fresco, in a rough Byzantine tradition in an interior, most likely, of a church -- you can see the archway on the bottom left. The execution looks a bit provincial, or perhaps it was imporperly restored, but the underlying tradition is certainly Byzantine iconographic.
The art in your link is a woodcut from a book, by a German artist. The only thing in common is similarities in the composition.
