Not so sure God thinks they’re all that cute right now.

They are blinded until the time of the gentile be fulfilled.

God made unconditional promises to Israel, He will keep His Word.

The main unconditional promise was to Abraham with regard to his Seed, a promised Land, a blessing to all nations, etc. I imagine there were others as well.

We were just looking at 2Chron Chapter 6 in Bible Study. When Solomon is dedicating the temple, and the Lord responds with a lot of IF/THEN statements (Ch. 7, Vs. 11)

“...When I send a plague among my people, if my people...will humble themselves...I will heal their land.”...

“But if you turn away....forsake the decrees and commands...then I will uproot Israel from my land....and will reject this temple...[and it will be] an object of ridicule among all peoples.”

Of course those times in exile for Israel were meant as a punishment and to turn them back to the Lord. I couldn’t hazard a guess if God will reward the Jews in their current endeavors, or hand them over to their enemies as He has done in the past. I pray that He will make them victorious.

Amen!
What an enduring sign of God’s mercy and faithfulness.
The whole world will be witness, that in spite of Israel’s rebellions and straying throughout history, God has loved and sustained the nation to this day. The point I see is the fact of how this is so reflective of God’s mercy to humanity in general. We all have gone astray, yet God’s grace is available to us freely.
Through our attitude, support and alliance with Israel, many in Israel will be moved to fulfill the scripture that the Israely army general is encouraging the troops with just this week, it is Zechariah 12:10:

10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced , and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

I am amazed at this verse being referenced, due to the fact that it is oozing with a Christo- messianic message to Israel namely.
