I don’t know whether this is the source or not, but it attributes the same statement to the Cardinal without making any additional point.
So it seems, according to what appears to be another unrelated source that the statement was made.
Do you wish to still argue that the Cardinal did not make the statement?
This is an important point.
That single quote was the anchor statement upon which the entire lie was sold. As this thread proves the common propaganda technique was very effective when told to people who want to believe it. It is no different than telling eager Germans that "we are the master race".
Do you deny that that single quote was completely distorted by the following two paragraphs from the linked story to mean something it was never intended to and, as I stated earlier, never said by the Cardinal?
