Jesus absolutely rose on First Fruits, which always occurs on the first day of the week, or as we know it, SUNDAY.

Using YHvH's reckoning of days, First Fruits
begins every year at sundown following Shabbat
i.e. Saturday evening.

first fruits is the day after the seventh day sabbath or the first day of the week ( Sunday as we know it )

read Luke 24 to see that Jesus died on the sixth day of the week and rose on the first day of the week.
