don’t tell the state of nj i can’t count to three, they may revoke my CPA license.
i will leave it to anyone following this thread to determine who can or can’t count to three ( or four, if anyone wants to take my Acts 10 challenge )
Luke is death to rood and his false teachings.

Luke is death to your false utterances.
Luke in no way makes the Lord a liar; the Lord said that he would be three days and three nights in the Earth; who are you to make him a liar?
He died when the lamb was slaughtered on the altar, and he arose three days and nights later as the sheif was waved at sundown.
this has been quite a fascinating subject you all have been discussing, and I just wanted to throw my 2 cents in.
this is also only the second post I have ever entered on this site since January 2012, when I first signed up ... smiles.
any hoo ... I use to follow the Friday crucifixion, but it didn’t make much sense to me because of the 3 day, 3 night reference, so I kept searching for answers, and eventually the Wednesday night made more sense when I considered the 24 hour period of Wednesday night to Thursday night equals one day and so forth.
I use to get confused about things like this, because I’m like, well do we count the day it starts as one day, or do we need to complete a full 24 hour cycle first, before it can be counted as a day. So, I chose the latter, because it made more sense. Especially when trying to explain to those who were not believers, when they would say, “now wait a minute, that’s not even 3 total days because you can’t count the same day it started as a full day”. Oh well ... carry on brothers and sisters, I just felt moved to chip in a little ... smiles ...
