I received a letter from The Social Security administration; they had made some kind of mistake in calculating the benefits due to my daughter and I. They had corrected the mistake, and had deposited over $1,800 into my checking account.

SS is paid out of present revenues. So you are confusing God and government. God does not redistribute tax money from those less pious to those who claim greater piety.
You will find God in no government program. You may find Satan, though, since government programs infringe on rights endowed upon us by our Creator.

I guess He believes in the benefits coming from taxes if he contributed towards tax system.
I don’t know if it was God, the taxpayer, or a computer error.
All I know is that you’ve been called out on blogpimping before, and you still persist at it.
You don’t care to “bless” others with your words of wisdom, such as they are. You post a stingy one-liner and expect everyone to gravitate to your blog and give you hits.

God is not evil. It’s not really that hard a concept.
I guess we’ve got “Big Government Prosperity Christianity” well represented here tonight.
You can only smite the taxpayer so much before he runs out of property for people to steal in the name of God.
One is fat and lazy, one is able to work but thinks it’s “above him” (metal disorder I guess. but he gets no help for it) one learned to game the system from her mother (who is included in the list) one had a husband who was making 6 figures but left the job to be a leader of a “church” who told him to get county assistance for health insurance so she signed up for and got SSD..
They all could work, in some way shape or form. They all flat out refuse to (even a greeter at walmart) and bitch at me because I don’t go along with their “stories”.
I could go on but my wife came from a very screwed up family. Mentally my wife is sharp as a tack and as conservative as can be. Both her and I are the only conservatives from either family.

Today, you’d need a miracle from God to get the permit to fish, you’d have to register the commercial vessel, paying more taxes, pay fuel taxes, docking fees, and we’d have the EPA investigating the coins in the fish.
So according to presented information, God set this up: The taking from present taxpayers, along with the issuance of debt in the form of Treasury Bonds that are routed through primary dealers and re-purchased by the Federal Reserve - and re-characterized as an “asset” so that the Fed can print sufficient fiat currency so that then, and only then, can God intervene and get somebody back-disability payments, according to SSA regulations.
So God is simply a mid-level financial official in some obscure office in the Social Security Administration - a cog in the government bureaucracy?

Yeah, I guess. Here's another - - how come I have to wait until I'm 65 to start getting back at least some of the money I've flushed down the government toilet my whole working life?

If that’s your point then God blesses takers with taxpayer money and smites makers with taxes, and the deficit is merely God’s will.
God does not work through the evils of big government. He blessed this country with our founding fathers, who went to war for far far less, financially speaking.

After reading the responses to your Vanity, I think the only thing people made reference to is your belief that God somehow corrected the mistakes made by the Government Bureaucracy. As they say, timing is everything.
If God did have some pull in that area, we would be discussing President Romney's, (or Palin’s) first term agenda. Sadly, since we possess God given free will, as those who Voted to reelect the Marxist did, we deserve everything we get, good or bad.
