Stupid idea, bad kids. Much better to just never buy there, inform patrons at the door of why it’s bad to shop there, and let them go out of business tank on their own. These student petitions, are the same as when students attacked Chik-fil-a and demanded universities evict them.

Students attacking businesses with the method of using government (or university administration) to close them is a bad trend.

Students are at college because they know very little. They are there to learn, not teach.

Just as well. The prices for their embryonic espressos and fetal frappucinos has gone through the roof.

And I always feel like an outcast because i think Starbucks is the worst coffee a person can buy. McDonalds and Dunkin blow them away. I’m mystified by people who can drink that burned acidic flavor.

But I still think that having administration evict them, allows Starbucks to be the victim closed by a totalitarian edict. BUT, having Starbucks close the shop on campus because nobody will patronize them is a FAR more powerful message. That should be the tactic. Think about it kiddies.

That is so true. It’s burnt. I cant put my finger on it, but it’s just burned to oblivion with a bitter acid taste. And compared to dunkin or Mcdonalds, the difference is instantly recognizable.

I like Dunkin’ Donuts, but McD’s is under rated.

These high prices help maintain Starbucks’ above average profit margin of 10.66%

That does not sound like much of a margin. I'll bet it's a lot higher than that for coffee.

I get my coffee from a local boutique coffee place. Two reasons: 1)They make much better coffee than I can. 2)If I make it myself, I drink too much, my sleep gets affected and that makes me stupid.
