I'm learning that means to sit down inside. I'm learning that when I sit down resting in His strength, He stands up and goes to work for me. But it takes prayer in the Holy Ghost to be able to do it. It's weird, but I need all of God's help to SIT DOWN, becasue we're geared to worry, impatience, and self effort. As I stay seated and still inside, faith rises and I'm aware of God always being with me and helping me and fear and worry disappear.
I get more done effortlessly when I sit down inside than all the thrashing and self-effort I could muster. By God's grace, I'm done with self-effort and will learn to always "Be still and know the He is God" as I remain "seated in Chirst in Heavenly places." Thank you Jesus.
