Family Guy is one of the most openly anti-Christian shows out there. In one of their shows the baby is shown being shot in the chest and killed. (And in the same show, a joke is made about the suicide of Michael Hutchence, of the rock band INXS.) The show disrespects God and life so much, and Seth McFarlane will be the Oscar host. It says a lot of how the Bible says the earth will be in the last days.
I absolutely despise the show. I think it is basically pure evil yet I find myself watching it, tho nearly always I turn it off before it finishes.
I think it is sort of like an accident. People watch because it is interesting but it is also awful.
Interestingly, I don’t even like it when they make fun of liberals because it is just an attack with no irony or even humor, just attacks out of nowhere.
Still people watch it.
And through your DVR or cable box you are counted as a viewer. They know exactly who watches what.
But, but....
Rush Limbaugh was on that show. So it must be OK, right?

Actually I don’t think they can know because it is off air from a local TV station.
That is an interesting subject tho. I can’t deny that the show gets your attention and maybe curiosity. They are doing something to get the viewers but it is mostly just by saying or showing stuff that other shows don’t.
Why when these shows “push the envelope” it is always in the same direction. No one seems to want to push it to the radical right, it is always to the radical left.
The whole culture is going right down the toilet.
More and more your employees are likely to steal from you.
Your neighbors are likely to rob your house.
Your wife is likely to leave you for another man, or woman.
Your daughter is likely to be a prostitute drug addict.
etc
You can be the most upright guy while the whole culture collapses on your head. You can separate yourself and your family only so much from the culture but you will never be safe from it.
Evil is spreading over the Earth.
Civilization is dying. I went to a catholic high school and graduated decades ago. I occasionally lurk anonymously on Facebook and come across some of my former classmates. I am disgusted at how many of them are so liberal and now hold beliefs that were completely contradictory to how we were taught in school and how we were raised at home. One student, a female, is now “married” to another woman. I nearly fell off my chair when I saw her profile.
These are people who came from good families and were raised as catholics! We are in a death spiral and I am fearful that we will not recover.
So sad. I am often filled with sadness at how low are once-beautiful country and society has fallen.
Every decent American, and every decent Christian, should be preparing himself for war.
