None of the guys you show in your photo (Bill Hybels, Robert Schuller, Perry Noble, Ed Young Jr, Rick Warren) are part of the Emergent church movement, they just all happen to be (or have been) popular pastors of very large churches.
As I stated above, the Emergent movement is a different animal.
