Here’s an idea-— how about a conservative governor (Tx Rick Perry) to grant some sort of special resident status to this family. Then if the Feds want to deport them let them come and get them—(a la Elian Gonzalez, Miami). Rick Perry should do it and dare the Feds—call their bluff.
