One more thing:

The prophecy over Egypt in Isaiah 19 is a prophecy of the Battle of Carchemish (605 BC), in which Egypt was defeated by Babylon, ending Egypt’s power and influence in the Levant.

The fall of Jerusalem in 586 BC came, in part, as a result of Egypt’s fall.

The prophecies you cited from Isaiah and Matthew have absolutely nothing to do with what Egypt or the rest of the world, for that matter, is experiencing now.

Has Egypt been brought back to Lord? Are Egypt and Assyria(Iraq/Syria/part of Iran now brothers with Israel? Has Egypt been desolated for forty years, so much so that it's population went into exile? And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of desolated countries, and her cities shall be a desolation forty years among cities that are laid waste. e I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries. 13 "For thus says the Lord God: At the end of forty years f I will gather the Egyptians from the peoples among whom they were scattered, 14 and g I will restore the fortunes of Egypt and bring them back to h the land of Pathros, the land of their origin, and there they shall be a lowly kingdom. (Ezekiel 29)
