Indeed Im not God, but I believe His Holy Word. I said earlier I remain hopeful for individual Catholics, so I’m not judging any FReeper’s soul. I am, however, saying that the Catholic gospel is “another gospel” that does not save. Most people don’t care enough to warn Catholics. I care.

These folks in question have come to Christ. Rejoice!

I see no evidence that you know what the Catholic gospel even is, so how can you know whether it "saves" or not?

(BTW, I have to sadly inform you that nobody's Gospel saves, because no amount of knowledge or information ever saves by itself. Only Jesus Christ can do that, and he doesn't need your theology or mine.)

Most people don’t care enough to warn Catholics. I care.

If you really care, you ought to take the time to listen to what Catholics actually say. How many books have you read by actual believing Catholics? Any?

I would like to suggest a couple: "Spirit and Forms of Protestantism", by Bouyer; and "Born Fundamentalist, Born-again Catholic", by Currie.

I would hope and pray you stay on. It's not about the "post to" people, it's about the "lurkers" who may be reading and learning from your words. I see it as people who are swimming dead center in the Tiber. They get a cramp and know they must get to shore. On one side there is a big neon sign saying "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vatican!". It is as full of lights and "fun" as far as the eye can see. On the other bank is a homemade sign "welcome" scrawled by hand. It appears to be surrounded by wilderness with only one pathway.

Which one to choose. The "pretty" one looks inviting, rich, and fun. But is it the right one..
