Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Oh LORD, Our God,
How Hallowed is Your Name!
You Are The All-Wise God, The Eternal Mind,
The Source of All Wisdom,
The Great I AM,
The King of the Universe,
The Author and Finisher of Our Faith!
The Alpha and Omega,
The Beginning and the End
Our Provider,
Our Banner,
Our Healer,
Our Righteousness,
The designer of the Human Family in its perfection.

We pray for the Repentance, Restoration, and Renewal of Our Beloved Nation.
We Pray For Families,
that They will prosper and Grow in You
We Pray For Children,
That They will Be Raised to Love You

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Back when I was in High School(a long, long time ago!), I was taken on a date to Chinatown where I saw a Chinese Opera called "The Chalk Circle". Even though it was in Chinese, and the music was unfamiliar, I recognized the story of the two concubines contesting over a child. The Husband drew a chalk circle on the floor and placed the baby in the center, indicating that the "Real Mother" could pull the baby out of the circle. Of course, the false mother pulled and pulled, but the real mother let go because she did not want to hurt her child. Then the wise husband awarded the baby to the real mother and the false mother was banished (or beheaded, or whatever!). The story was patterned after this ancient Bible Story of the Wisdom of Solomon, which my own Mom had told me many years earlier.
In both stories, the "Real Mother" had to let go of her child in order for the Truth to be revealed.
In today's world of custody battles, government programs, court edicts, and broken families, children are often treated as property over which to be contended. It is tragic, and causes great harm, not only to the people involved, but to Civilization as a whole. Please pray for the children of broken families, that they may overcome their traumatic childhoods and grow in the Grace of God.

Come and Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem, For Families and FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen
