The Episcopal and other protestant Churches do not have this problem to the extent that the “celibate” priests of the Roman Catholic church does for the obvious reason that Catholic priests come from a self selected population of men willing not to/with no desire to marry. If you only allowed non married men to be plumbers there would be a higher proportion of homosexual plumbers then there is now. While not all homosexuals are child molesters, there is a higher percentage of molesters of boys among homosexuals then among heterosexuals which of course almost by definition molest/rape opposite sex children more than homosexuals. This is logical and if the Catholic Church wants to reduce these sins the only way is to allow married priests into the clergy. Not likely under this Pope but who knows.
