Ask Vladimir Putin to request the consecration of Russia this October 13th

As many Catholic readers already know,

Pope will consecrate world to Immaculate Heart of Mary

Pope Francis will consecrate the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary at a Vatican ceremony on October 13.
The “Marian Day” ceremony, organized by the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization, will be held on the anniversary of the final appearance of the Virgin Mary at Fatima. For the occasion, the original statue of Our Lady of Fatima will be brought from the shrine in Portugal to the Vatican, for public veneration on October 12 followed by the consecration ceremony the following day.
Pope Francis will also speak on Marian devotion, and preside at Eucharistic adoration, and lead the Rosary with audio links to Marian shrines around the world on the eve of the consecration.

In 1925 the Fátima visionary Sr Lúcia dos Santos stated regarding the Virgin Mary of Fátima:

"... It was Our Lady of Fátima... with a crown of thorns... and said to me: "The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father in union with all the Bishops of the world to consecrate Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means.""

Regardless of differing views regarding prior efforts of Popes to fulfill the instructions expressed by Our Lady of Fatima regarding the Consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart, perhaps Russian President Vladimir Putin could help encourage Pope Francis to include the Consecration of Russia, by name, during the Pope's October 13th ceremony at the Vatican.

Recently, President Putin stated he would defend Russia based on her religious values:

Valdai, September 20, Interfax - People will lose their human dignity without values enshrined in Christianity and other world religions, without moral standards that have taken millennia to take shape, President Vladimir Putin.

"We believe that it is natural and appropriate to defend those values. Any minority deserves respect for its distinctive identity, but the rights of the majority must not be questioned," Putin said during a meeting of the Valdai discussion club.

He believes, that Russia can't move forward without cultural and national self-determination. Otherwise the country won't be able to respond to external or internal challenges, can't be successful in global competition.

"Events that take place in the world represent one more serious challenge to the Russian identity. There are foreign policy and moral aspects to this. We have been able to see many Euro-Atlantic countries effectively embark on a path of renouncing their roots, including Christian values, which underlie Western civilization," Putin said.

"That involves the negation of moral principles and any traditional identity - national, cultural, religious, or even sexual," he said.

"Policies are pursued that put large families and same-sex partnerships in the same category, belief in God and belief in Satan. Excesses of political correctness reach the point where there are serious discussions on the registration of parties that have propaganda of pedophilia as their objective. People in many European countries are ashamed and afraid of speaking about their religion, holidays are abolished or given other names, names that shyly conceal the nature of those holidays, and aggressive attempts are made to force this model on the rest of the world," Putin said.

"This is a direct path to degradation and primitiveness, to deep demographic and moral crises," he said.

"What can be a better indication of a moral crisis in human society than its loss of the ability for self-reproduction?" Putin said.

President Putin needs as much supernatural assistance as possible in his efforts. The battle he is waging for Russia is the same battle Pope Francis is waging against the secularization, materialism and moral decay in the west.

Recently through the diplomatic efforts of Russia and global prayers lead by Pope Francis, war in Syria was narrowly averted. Christians in the Holy Land are being persecuted and killed, and western nations seem indifferent to their plight. We need your continued leadership in protecting the Christians in the Holy Land and in averting war in the middle east. In 1925, the Theotokos appeared to Sr. Lucia of Fatima and requested that Russia be consecrated, by name, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope, in union with the bishops of the world. Many believe this consecration has not been completed as explicitly requested for fear of offending the Russian Orthodox and/or the Russian government. Regardless of these controversies it is obvious that Russia is now the solitary nation defending traditional Christian Truths on the world stage. For her to continue to lead this fight for the soul of Christendom, Russia needs the Grace and Blessings of Our Lord and the intercession of the Theotokos in a way that is unique in the history of mankind.

Given the precarious state of world peace and the disintegration of family and morality, would you please consider using your considerable influence with both the Vatican and the Russian Orthodox Church to request that Pope Francis, when he consecrates the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary this October 13th, that he specifically consecrate Russia, by name, to the Immaculate Heart of the Theotokos? With the blessings and encouragement of the Russian President and the Russian Orthodox Church, I truly believe this consecration would work miracles for your people and your Church, and for peace in our world. It would assist those of us battling the secularization and moral decay of the western nations immeasurably.

Please prayerfully consider this request.

Please ask Pope Francis to consecrate Russia by name to the Immaculate Heart of the Theotokos this October 13.

I would not be surprised if a war breaks out before October 13. This world is changing so quick as we breath.

When Obama declared we were not a Christian nation more blesses left this country quicker than ever. Everything escalated. I do not remember any other president ever dare talk this horror. Then he got elected again. Judgement is on the way. Sad.

I am praying. I had a site come up two weeks ago. I did not click looking. It had a fasting and prayering in adoration web site. I did not go there just popped up. Since I owned computers for ten years before this web TV. I only had it happen a handful of times. Two years ago I was at a coffee cafe talking to a nice baptist christian lady. While I was talking to her my audio bible came on with sound. I did not touch it. We were surprised. Jermiah 31 chapter was the audio.

A friend shared these observations this morning:

The Russians will take offense, Brian. Orthodoxy permeates Russian culture, even those sectors of the population that consider themselves secular and unbelieving. The Russian State in general, and the Russian Orthodox Church in particular, still subscribe to their own notion of "manifest destiny" as defined in their dictum "Two Romes have fallen. The third stands. And there will be no fourth." For centuries, the notion of "Holy Russia" has stood unshaken. Add to this firm belief the "bleakness" - I don't know how else to call it - of the Russian character, a kind of dark fatalism and sense of victimhood that rose after the Tartar invasions, and then Napoleon's, and then Hitler's, and you get a national consciousness suspicious of anything coming from the West - or Mongolia, but Mongolia is no longer a factor.

The Patriarch of Moscow will reply that Russia has been the Theotokos' dowry since Prince Vladimir converted to Orthodoxy along with the entire Kievan Rus, and that no further consecration, even less one arising from the first, "fallen" Rome, is necessary.

Putin, an authoritarian cleptocrat, needs the Russian Church to maintain social order and Russian national identity. He's not going to alienate a political ally of the stature of the Patriarch. Putin will use the Church as a foil against the West and against internal enemies whenever he thinks is necessary to maintain his power and Russian national unity. That's the way he is.

It'll take a miracle, Bri, like the Sun dancing over the Kremlin, to persuade all the Russian powerbrokers to go along with your suggestion. Fortunately, I do believe in miracles.

Blessed John Paul II consecrated the World to Mary’s heart but he admittedly did not name Russia at the time, probably due to diplomatic considerations.

Its pointless to debate whether that fulfilled Our Lady’s request, but it certainly couldn’t hurt to do it now explicitly as Our Lady of Fatima originally requested, consecrating Russia by name.

Pope John Paul II invites the bishops of the world to join him in consecrating the world and with it Russia to the Immaculate Heart. Many do not receive the invitation in time for the Pope’s trip to Fatima, where he accomplishes the consecration. Sr. Lucia later says it did not fulfill the conditions.

That's the official story line. But...

In September 1985, eighteen months after the 1984 consecration, Sister Lucy was asked this question: "Has he, (meaning John Paul II) not, therefore, done what was requested at Tuy?" Here is her answer: "There was no participation of all the bishops and there was no mention of Russia."

The questioner was persistent, so he asked another question: "So, the consecration was not done as requested by Our Lady?" Consider what this questioner is asking Sister Lucy to do. An obedient, cloistered nun is being asked to say that the Pope had not done what some very prestigious people were saying he had done. And while Sister Lucy is obedient, she's also completely and utterly honest. She is the messenger of Our Lady of Fatima. And so here is her answer to the question: "No. Many bishops attached no importance to this act."

Here's what John Paul II said concerning the 1982 ceremony, six days afterward. And I'm quoting: "I tried to do everything possible in the concrete circumstances to emphasize the collegial unity of the bishop of Rome, with all his brothers in the episcopal ministry and service in the world." That's the Pope's very diplomatic way of saying the bishops really did not participate with him. He tried to do all that he could in the concrete circumstances.

But what about the 1984 ceremony? Here we have a couple of very interesting statements by the Pope. We have, first of all, the March 27, 1984 edition of L'Osservatore Romano.

. . . [there were] some key words that Pope John Paul II spontaneously added to the consecration ceremony as he was conducting it. After he had recited the consecration formula he added these words: "Illumine (Enlighten) especially those peoples of which You await our consecration and entrustment."

Now, why would the Pope say that Our Lady is awaiting the consecration of "those peoples" when he had just pronounced the words that some claim are a consecration of Russia-----that never mentions Russia?

But the Pope made his thinking perfectly clear several hours later, as reported in Avvenire, the bishops' newspaper for the Italian Bishops Conference in Italy. He said before 10,000 witnesses inside St. Peter's: "We wish to choose this Sunday, the third Sunday of Lent 1984, still within the Holy Year of Redemption for the act of entrusting and consecration of the world of the great human family, of all peoples, especially those who have a very great need of this consecration and entrustment. Of those peoples for whom You, Yourself, are awaiting our act of consecration and entrusting."

Why would the Pope say several hours after he had consecrated the world that Our Lady was awaiting the act of the Consecration of Russia? Answer: He hadn't done it.

Why Did Pope John Paul Not Do It?

The next question is: Why would the Pope refrain from mentioning Russia in the consecration ceremony that is supposed to have Russia as its object? We have the answer to that question from a highly placed Vatican source: "Rome fears that the Russian Orthodox might regard it as an offense if Rome were to make specific mention of Russia in such a prayer, as if Russia especially is in need of help when the whole world, including the post-Christian West faces profound problems."

This was reported in Inside the Vatican, November 2000 as the statement of one of "the Pope's closest advisors." It was, in fact Cardinal Tomko. This, then, is the advice the Pope was given.

I came across a video about a ex - senator just a week or two ago who is saying there are too many foreign troops on American soil. He puts an alarmist words in it. I have to hunt it down. But basically it looks like things might begin before this date by Pope Francis. He knows the troops dates. I do not claimed to know if this is going to happen now but I have heavenly inspiration experiences myself but not an exact date but it will absolutely happen with Obama in my dream vision. I wish I could write like you or others here. I do not exactly know the full truth of this video I will try to find.

Isaiah 8:12: '“Do not call conspiracy everything this people calls a conspiracy"

Brethren, Peace and Good to all of you.

Today I was reading my Navarra Bible in Spanish and stumbled upon the following verses in Isaiah 8:11-17 (NIV):

¹¹ This is what the Lord says to me with his strong hand upon me, warning me not to follow the way of this people:

¹² “Do not call conspiracy
    everything this people calls a conspiracy;
do not fear what they fear,
    and do not dread it.
¹³ The Lord Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy,
    he is the one you are to fear,
    he is the one you are to dread.
¹⁴ He will be a holy place;
    for both Israel and Judah he will be
a stone that causes people to stumble
    and a rock that makes them fall.
And for the people of Jerusalem he will be
    a trap and a snare.
¹⁵ Many of them will stumble;
    they will fall and be broken,
    they will be snared and captured.”

¹⁶ Bind up this testimony of warning
    and seal up God’s instruction among my disciples.
¹⁷ I will wait for the Lord,
    who is hiding his face from the descendants of Jacob.
    I will put my trust in him.

Reflection. I'm quoting from the Protestant NIV because it uses the word "conspiracy" as in the Navarra Catholic Bible to describe what the NAB calls "alliance." The difference is that "alliance" is a neutral term, good people can ally among themselves, as well as bad people, or good and bad people can band together to achieve a common interest - like David hiring himself to the Philistines.

"Conspiracy" has a more negative connotation: bad people are banding together to achieve an agreed-upon nefarious, or deleterious objective. It is an "alliance" but unlike the World War II Allies; more like the Axis Powers, at least in the context of Isaiah's ministry when the little Kingdom of Judah was surrounded by various decadent and ascendant powers that meant Judah harm.

In the exegetical tradition of St. Augustine of Hippo, I want to apply these verses to today, to our context. There are many people who live in terror due to the activities of various "conspiracies" within the Church. The Lord is telling us two things:

¹² “Do not call conspiracy
    everything this people calls a conspiracy;
do not fear what they fear,
    and do not dread it.
¹³ The Lord Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy,
    he is the one you are to fear,
    he is the one you are to dread.

My brothers and sisters: DO NOT WORRY. BE STILL. Don't fear conspiracies, real or imagined. Fear the Lord. He's got it all under control! As the Prophet Isaiah says: wait for the Lord, and trust in Him!
