Love Stan too…. lots of memories between those two names
I just listened to “Green Christmas” on youtube, for the first time ever. Fabulous!
Then I read the reactions to it in 1958. Interesting how the outrage by the advert business, the bans & refusal to air it, overlooked its underlying message about the true meaning of Christmas.
They must have thought Stan Freberg was some kind of anticapitalist commie.
