I try to imagine what it would look like if there were no supernatural agencies of any kind...and I can't see the slightest difference between that and the actual world around me.
So, the universe created itself (i.e. something) from nothing? And humans are just an accident of chemistry & biology?
And with untold trillions x 1099999 ... of planets, where are all the other (accidental) life forms?

I don't know where the universe "came" from. Physics is poorly understood prior to the Planck epoch; perhaps in the future we'll achieve a greater understanding. Perhaps not.

And humans are just an accident of chemistry & biology?

As far as I can tell...yes.

And with untold trillions x 1099999 ... of planets, where are all the other (accidental) life forms?

We don't have the technology to detect life on extrasolar planets, although the next generation of space telescopes may indirectly show evidence of life by detecting significant amounts of free oxygen in the atmospheres of such planets.
