Now there’s a solution. I figure it’s far more difficult to prove “discrimation” prior to hiring rather than after hiring.
That has been the experience. Companies don’t like to hire employees they can’t fire. For one thing unfirable employes are not as zealous for the business. They essentially have welfare.
