When I first saw an article about this “edgy artistic display”, my immediate reaction was to wonder why a supposedly Christian affiliated church would allow a stoned unbeliever design access to their Christmas nativity display?
Do none of their “church members” acknowledge that Jesus Christ is their savior?
Im beginning to wonder just how degenerate “the church” in America has become.
this guy wasnt mentioned as either a “believer” or a “member” of the church in question, and frankly I dont see how he could be, as he shows no sensitivity to nor understanding of the Gospel whatsoever.
the church’s pastor says its a “progressive” church which could mean any number of things not in keeping with the Bible. The pastors facebook page...bearing a large photo of two men holding hands as being married” says plenty about that area of “progressive”-ness,..but it appear from their “nativity scene” that they dont hold to much traditional theology if ANY.
The Nativity IS Jesus Christ, it is not OPEN to “artistic” speculation nor selfish rennovation.
