By the way the no abortion but with exceptions clause has been the official position of the Republican Party for years. The republicans that have a true pro-life stance and believe every child has a right to life, are ostracized by their own party and called EXTREME right-wingers by the party of death, the democrat party.

In case you don't respond, I want people to know that you either made that up yourself, or got it from somewhere else, it isn't accurate.

The GOP platform is firmly pro-life.

"the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed."

Romney's veep choice reflected the no exceptions platform.

Show me in the above words where it says no abortion for any reason? If this is the 2012 GOP plaform official position, the wiggle room is there for exceptions and that’s why the majority of the republicans that ran for the nomination were RINOs that supported exceptions for rape, incest and life of the mother. It has always been the position of the Bushes once they had to choose a position (the old man was pro-choice when Reagan selected him as his running mate and Reagan got him to change to “pro-life” which he did, but with exceptions). It is the position of John McCain, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney. You are wrong about Paul Ryan. Yes as a Catholic he was firmly pro-life with no exceptions, but when he signed on with Romney he went against his church and said he was for exceptions in cases of rape, incest and life of the mother. In otherwords he threw his faith under the Bus for political expediency. I can remember him making the talk show circuit after Romney put him on the ticket and when asked about abortion position he said “my position is like Governor Romney, I am pro-life but will allow for exceptions in rape, incest and life of the mother”. The only republicans that have ran for president in recent memory that were firmly pro-life was Rick Santorum, Sarah Palin, and Rick Perry, who came to his senses after seeing a living baby in a sonogram. Abortion will be off the table next year. The big social issue will be same-sex marriage, and I would be willing to bet that there’s no definition of marriage in the 2016 GOP Platform. The GOP is running scared of being seen as homo-phobic.
