I wonder if that judge had never asked if she wanted an abortion, if this would have happened. Probably not.
I wonder if that’s some legal requirement, to ask a pregnant underage girl in court for any reason if she wants an abortion. Why was that question asked?
Basically I’m wondering from an ethical standpoint if that judge bears some blame for the murder. Any bioethicists want to weigh in there?

It would be interesting to see what the policy of the Diocese is to giving confession to those who facilitate murder. If the woman is a Catholic, she needs to explain her actions in confession, especially if she does not believe she has done wrong, or she also commits sacrilege.
