In the first Temple period the Torah was followed in Spirit. During the second Temple it was followed in letter. When the third is built it will be followed in a balanced matter in both.

It was enough to know I was dealing with something other than “Paul’s gospel”. Being once a (faultless) legalistic Jew himself, one would think we’d find great encouragement in the way of the old. While he did uphold the God given Old, he made it quite clear that the Father had nailed all the ordinances and decrees that stood against us to the...CROSS. Jesus HIMSELF is the Way. Every other way is not the way.
