FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The father of Texas Senator Ted Cruz delivered a speech on the Constitution in Massachusetts this past week, where he also discussed the biblical guidelines for voting.

Rafael Cruz, the 74-year-old North Texas pastor and director of Purifying Fire Ministries, was the featured speaker on Friday at a Foxborough dinner hosted by radio personality Jeff Kuhner. He gave a one-hour presentation to those gathered.

“[T]he Bible talks a lot about politics,” he said. “As a matter of fact, did you know that the Bible tells you exactly who to vote for? Very, very clearly the Bible tells you who to vote for. Let me prove it to you.”

Yes we sure are, it makes me wonder if we are going much the same way as Babel.

Genesis 11
1 Now the whole earth had one language and one speech.

There has always been disagreements here in our country but for the most part every one believed in god and every one believed in the U.S.

Basically up to the sixties church going Christians or people who never even went to church believed much the same way and they believed in the same God, they spoke the same language, but now even Christians do not have the same speech.

Purifying Fire Ministries

Seems to have scrubbed their internet presence.

There was no one of stature and fund raising power running against Romney, no first tier candidates, and Obama won because Romney was such a weak, anti-conservative candidate, he was a bucket of cold water on turn out.

He ran pro-choice abortion ads in three important states, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin, and lost all three.

Money is a real issue alright to get attention, but there were two other candidates who was going strong.

Personally I thought and still think rick Perry or Herman Cain would have made the best Presidents but people vote on who they think can beat the opposition.

They were very popular until they started getting trashed and then every one jumps on the band wagon.

Nearly 52 percent of Catholic voters voted for Obama even though he is plainly for abortion.

The only reason Obama won is because of the socialism that has been creeping into America for years, they are getting out and getting these people to the polls.

This could change but I will not hold my breath.

Rick Perry wasn’t ready to campaign in 2012 and only showed up because of Romney’s weakness, and Herman Cain was not going to go from running a business directly to President of the United States of America, he was never a serious candidate.

You are right Perry was not ready, he did not know how to lie and put on a false front and to weasel out of mistakes he may make, like I did not have sex with that woman or corpse for Corpsman.

Out of all of the candidates the two best con men faced each other in the election, one a communist, a socialist, Marxist or a muslem, we don`t even know what he is, ran on the socialist agenda.

The other a business man who is pretending to be a little bit liberal, or maybe just a little bit socialist.

The American people did not want just a little bit they have had that for years, they want the whole thing.

Cruz is a bona fide political superstar here in Texas. Almost every single campaign ad during the runoffs, had a candidate statement aligning themselves to him.

I thought that was a good post by ravenwolf. I didn’t support Perry because of his amnesty (education for illegals)’stance but I think ravenwolf was right about him. He didn’t seem like the conman Romney seemed to be or the current -resident.

I really think Perry’s surgery early into the race hurt him greatly, mentally speaking. Perhaps even he could have articulated his stance on illegal immigration better if he didn’t have to go into that. He’s a good man I think but now, in 2014 I’m done with any compromises. I hope Cruz runs.

Thanks and I also hope Cruz runs and if he can`t win I think that will tell us that America is down the drain.

But we can hope that people will change their minds about supporting socialism.

I probably did not quite agree with Perry on the amnesty (education for illegals)’stance either but I also realize that when good times came upon America mainly in the early 50s the Americans quit working on the farms except for the easy work like driving tractor or overseeing.

So for years the farmers had to depend on the Mexicans and most of them are very good people.

But most of our public servants with school boy or Hitler mentality could not tell a Mexican American from an illegal drug smuggler, so it make it tough on all Mexicans, so I have mixed feelings about what to do.

I believe the social services is the real culprit as far as illegals are concerned especially in California and Arizona.

And believe me when I say the Mexican Americans who I used to work with clued me in on the crap that was going on in the social services, this was in the 70s and I would imagine much worse now.
