Who is ISIS or Isis? Quite a coincidence is this acronym. During the Egyptian Spring I drew many conclusions that indicated the muslims of this southern kingdom would play an important role in the nearing end times.
I submit to this group that the many interpretations of just who the Great Harlot or Whore are may be grossly incorrect and we have been looking in the wrong places. It is not America, nor is it Rome or the Catholic Church. But this harlot who is clothed in red & purple, riding the beast is the caliphate we see forming in front of us.
Alexander Hislop shows, in his book entitled, “The Two Babylons”, Isis is the Egyptian name for the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, who is also the same as Athena (Greece), Minerva (Egypt and Greece), Astarte (Syria), Cybele (Rome), Ashtoreth (Israel), and Diana (Ephesus).
Pet peeve - but the name of the Book is “The Revelation”. Not plural.
Chapter starts out with “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, given to Him by God The Father ...”
As Christians are being slaughtered all across the middle east and even still crucified as in Egypt, God would be calling them to come out of her (the whore) and be not partakers in her sins or her plagues.
The killing of Christians in the middle east may be referred to in

After Christ went to be with God there were many of his followers slain for his word, it is now happening again, the ones under the altar must wait till this is fulfilled.
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
This is just started.
I can be wrong just like any one else but I am just saying I do not connect the whore with any thing happening in the middle east but possibly the religion that has taken place of Christ’s teaching.
We put more emphasis on our lives than we do our souls which is contrary to what Jesus taught.
There is a bastardization that is in place today far more subtle and sinister-
And it is the counterfeit solar based man made calendar named for pope Gregory..
It is just the latest attempt by man to ignore our Heavenly Father’s calendar He gave us in His sky..
And islam, judaism, christianity, secular humanists, satanists, atheists, you name the groups- all ‘worship’ it as the standard. The world’s business, political powers also use it as their standard too..
The world’s work days, sabbaths and holy days determined by man made calculations on the sun- instead of His sun, moon and stars as Scripture tells us...
And those names for the days and months for those old gods, goddesses and creation on the pope gregory calendar is telling- and just confirms a counterfeiting of our Heavenly Father’s calendar..
And scripture says Satan deceives the whole world..that calendar is quite deceiving and mightily unbiblical, even if it is the world’s standard..
And he is the great deceiver and counterfeiter...
Nothing new under the sun... just dressed up differently..

Beheading is in the Book of Revelation for the end times. Catholics do not go around Beheading people only Muslims do this insane act.
I wish you were right. What religion were the French during the French Revolution? What religion were those in the had control during the Spanish Inquisition?
We need to put our faith in Christ and not a religious denomination. In my humble opinion.
I concede there were errors, but there were also a lot of undeniable overlaps between modern Christian and Catholic religions with the religions of Baal.
God said repeatedly throughout our Bible not to do that. Why do we follow so few of the Holy Days he established, but follow so many of the ones that other religions observed and only changing the names slightly?
Is our God the author of confusion?

it is found in scripture.. the template is even listed in Ezekiel 46:1 in one form..
And there are no postponement and suspension rules like jews have today when His feasts bump up against the man made sabbath day..
And when observing the calendar, you can see how the new moons, Sabbaths and feasts were set and appointed times that the Messiah’s life events (birth, circumcision, dedication, baptism, death burial and resurrection) followed perfectly...
One can actually see the reality of the ‘Word became flesh’ and really see them..
Imagine if believers actually could see His life events in the calendar they use like His Calendar really does? How cool should that be to a believer?!

we are commanded not to be conformed to this world...one big conformity is how it tells time..
Prove all things.. It is an awesome revelation if His spirit reveals it to you as He has me.. He certainly is not a respecter of men and I shouldn’t know what I know...
