Whatever they do with another consenting adult

What is so sacrosanct about "adult"? See previous reply.

You have more confidence in this that do I.

What you say may hold true in local parishes, but I'm beginning to think the current "leadership" in Rome and in the larger cities think they can rationalize most anything they can come up with to "modernize" the Church.

Is this the same church that prohibits divorced heterosexuals from taking communion? Isn’t that odd that more compassion is shown for homo sin and not hetero sin??!!

I knew that Michelangelo was one of the people the left accused of being homosexual, along with Abraham Lincoln, Jesus, and others, but he wasn’t a homosexual, nor was Lincoln or Jesus, and there is no reason for us to adopt their propaganda.

I think you’re ignoring the adjective “unjust”. Nothing God would ever do would qualify as “unjust”. So Christians are called to act in the same way. Seems pretty straightforward.

The line about “unjust discrimination” is a word-for-word quote from the catechism, paragraph 2358. It’s not some novelty (written around 1986 or so), but I’m sure the FR crowd will have an apoplectic hissy fit over it anyway.

By capsize I mean the post-conciliar newchurch will be exposed as the fraud it is for everyone to see.

Yes, sir. It's just a matter of time.

For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open (Luke 8:17).

I think we are talking about “Hate the sin, but love the sinner.”

Bring him to repentance, Lord.

If the NCR doesn’t like it, it must be good...

I honestly didn’t see anything any different in it from what has always been said.

As for baptizing a baby who is born into an irregular situation, well, that’s why godparents exist. The Church has got to do better teaching about the Faith, but punishing the baby doesn’t help.

do not discriminate, but do not approve of the homosexual lifestyle. The act is a sin.
