However, one wonders why one’s church would foment such discord and make it difficult for Patriotic American Catholics to simultaneously support their country and their church.
Like the Catholic bureaucracy, The shills in our government also do not represent America either. It’s an especially trying time to be an American Catholic - when the bureaucracies for both institutions are so intent on being evil.
I agree, it’s tough to be Patriotic and Catholic in this environment. We get it from both sides.
