Tozer has tons of stuff that will be posted over time here.
I will look into reading The Pursuit of Man as well. I don’t think that is one we have on our bookshelf, although we have almost all the rest.
I’ll have to go look.
Forgot to add that Tozer is also one of my fav authors, along with Oswald Chambers, T. Austin-Sparks. With some accuracy, Tozer’s critics have faulted him for being mostly negative - but his exposure of man’s corruption of things heavenly is generally right-on and needed......IMHO.
I like a lot of Watchman Nee’s teachings, (but he only wrote one book - all others are collections of notes from his spoken ministry collected, arranged and published by others)....but Nee is too repetitive and wordy.....probably because others wrote the books.......and many of his views were heavily influenced by his Chinese culture and a reaction to a westernized and very divided Christianity that he saw in China......
Oh, Chambers never wrote a book either. But those who put in writing his spoken ministry kept their works concise and to the point.
