John Paul II organized the Rhapsodic Theater to keep the Poles aware of their identity under Nazi rule. Reading that article, I think I understand why. I’m American of Italian descent: that had a huge hand in shaping who I am. I’ve said before, we need to find our common ground, but also need to respect others’ differences. Those poor people are losing their ethnic identity- what will their children do? They so desperately need our prayers...
