I’m sorry if I offend and I have misread your meaning and you are already familiar with Catholic theology. Catholics believe that the communion wafer once consecrated by a priest is literally the body and blood of Christ. To Catholics it is not symbolic, but a real and actual occurrence that Jesus is present not just in words but in body in the Eucharist which we eat. For me, that is the entire reason to remain with the church regardless how many other iterations of Christianity pop up.

I understand and comprehend the concept of the Eucharist being the body of Christ. However, my readings and discussions in many years of reading Scripture and visiting many different congregations, in an attempt to find that one which I am most comfortable with and which is, in my understanding of His word, most compatible precludes me from faithfully attending Catholic church. To do so would seem, to me, to be less than honest in His House and good fellowship with His flock in that setting.

We are all, in the long run, brothers and sisters and children of God.
