Conservative leader Pat Buchanan is urging Christians to fight the “LGBT fanatics” who are demanding they betray their faith, even if it means civil disobedience.
And the conservative grassroots is showing signs it is ready for a showdown, supporting a pizzeria targeted by left-wing activists with donations rapidly approaching $1 million.
In an exclusive interview with WND, Buchanan, the author of “Suicide of a Superpower: Will America Survive to 2025?” and other bestsellers, spoke on the controversy over the Indiana Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
Buchanan forcefully condemned defeatism among social conservatives and rejected retreat or even compromise. Instead, the one-time presidential contender and Reagan White House aide urged Christians to put the laws of God above the laws of man.
“This battle can be won, but it cannot be won if we do not stand our ground and fight against this moral onslaught from the left,” he said. “The hill to stand on and fight on is the God-given natural right and the constitutional principle that people of faith may choose not to associate with those whose actions are abhorrent and whose lifestyle is insulting and offensive to that faith.”
Buchanan dismissed arguments that “gay”-rights activists are simply asking for political freedom or the same rights as any other citizen.
“The LGBT militants are not asking to be left alone,” he said. “They are demanding that we accept the morality of homosexuality and same-sex marriages, and manifest that acceptance, under pain of law and sanctions, in our daily lives.” Buchanan added, “As the Romans demanded of the Christians, the LGBT fanatics want us to burn incense to their gods. The answer is no. If it comes to civil disobedience, so be it.”

The bad news is that Christians are going to be bystanders at best, and collateral damage at worst ... because it's going to happen only after this country is filled with Mexican Muslims.

Perhaps the left will overstep this time and enough people will fight back.
Civil disobedience is absolutely the answer, for government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed.

Pastors, priests, ministers and rabbis need to be preaching the truth and leading public demonstrations.
This is politicians we are talking about. 99% of them are venal no matter what grounds they supposedly stand on. They will bow to the prevailing winds as they perceive them. They will do what they think avoids bad press.
Unfortunately we have the likes of “Cardinal” Dolan leading the sodomites in their public demonstrations.
I’m with Pat Buchanan. Enough is enough. If the SCOTUS comes down with the decision I think they are on gay marriage then the states must rebel. We don’t want it here in GA.

They are going far beyond “acceptance”.
They are demanding endorsement, promotion, and PARTICIPATION in homosexual fake marriage.
In the case of the photographer, he is being FORCED, under the law, to take pictures of two men kissing, during the wedding.
There are many atheists who would be grossed out by that.
People need to wake up to the real goal of the democrat fascists.
If Christians and Conservatives roll over on this, something else will be next whether that's even more mob violence at malls and anywhere people gather in order to intimidate the public or a wave of gangs doing home invasions.
Democrat Fascists are dedicated to starting a real, violent, Civil War and they're going to keep pushing until they get one or until the people submit to a Police State like whipped dogs.
They believe their own propaganda exactly like the kiddies in the sixties did before they were mugged by herpes and economic reality.
Due to that fact, they're dedicated to another Civil War to finally make absolute Plutocracy and rule by an appointed Federal Nobility a reality.
The democrat party is now and always has been the party of slavery, sedition, treason, secession, civil war, KKK terrorism, Jim Crow laws, eugenics laws, voter fraud, voter intimidation, anti-Semitic immigration restrictions (in response to Nazi Nuremberg laws), advocates of the creation of titles of nobility for protected classes of citizens who are above the law, creators of anti-Christian mythology, creators of the welfare plantation system, destroyers of individual initiative, destroyers of real wealth in the hands of working people, advocates of infanticide, and euthanasia, as well as being the party that designed, implemented, and fights to lavishly fund the systematic, eugenics driven, mass murder of minority infants.
The democrat party leadership should be tried for sedition and the democrat party itself has to be so thoroughly destroyed that it is no longer a factor in national politics. Refusing to support less than pure alternatives over a pet peeve, sitting out elections, doing anything other than constantly working to destroy democrat fascists, or anything else that influences others to not help get rid of these fascist parasites, is either deliberate democrat supporting fifth column activity or your personal agreement that we should commit national suicide.
The entire democrat machine, including both government employee unions and the democrat academic rewards and propaganda infrastructure needs to be fought until, to paraphrase Bull Halsey, " ... democrat is only spoken in hell".

The Democrat Party has been totally hijacked by the Communists. It is now the Communist party and we all need to refer to them as that.
The sad part is that many so-called Christian churches are now openly supporting gay marriage and even allowing them to become members. These are those Jesus said He would spew out of His mouth and cast into tribulation, unless they repent.
Did you read even the snip? How, exactly, is he "missing the mark"?
What I am not seeing is what form civil disobedience is to take. What law am I supposed to break to get put in jail?

Sometimes I am so offended by what Pat Buchanan writes. Even with the benefit of hindsight, he attacks the West for fighting against Hitler in various ways. He says Hitler was such a prudent pragmatist in his demands for Poland and so on and the British were responsible for starting WWII. I am stunned that anyone can say this.
Yet here Buchanan is one of a few people, conservatives included, who speak the truth. Republicans are mostly saying, lets march to the sodomite agenda, yet just a little slower than the Democrats. It makes me so sick.
And I volunteered on Mike Pence’s campaign for governor! I shook hands with him the day before he was elected governor. I feel so used! Yet Pence is no worse than the average Republican. The Indiana legislature had to vote in the amendments to the bill, and Republicans had a supermajority in both houses.
I think I am done with volunteering now, and maybe done with politics entirely. What is the point on getting even known conservatives into office, for the first time they get under pressure they turn into liberals. Pence was considered a conservative when I volunteered for him, he has an excellent pro-life rating.
So sorry for the rant, I am just feeling very disillusioned with everything.
