Lesbians and homosexuals in the workforce already make more than straights. Every company in the world has been afraid for years they would sue them so they already give them every special consideration in the world, including pay. The Federal government for years has been loaded to the gill with lesbians and homosexuals. They get special treatment, and when put in management positions usually hire their “friends”.
