Good news, but I think in general we are past the stage when we can rely on jurisprudence to sort out issues of religious freedom. The system as a whole went off the rails under Obama, even though some segments of it still function, occasionally.
Chalk one up for the good guys.
Now, individuals and families may also sue to win protection from the Obamacare Mandate, when they have conscientious objections based on sincerely held religious beliefs.
Wonderful!
Time for folks to start using the precedent, where possible.
