Fortunately, God has sent us many quite orthodox African bishops and cardinals who stopped this crap at the last synod and can probably be depended upon to do it again. OTOH, we are witnessing the development of and increasing calcification of such divisions even in Catholic hierarchical ranks and that is NOT a good thing. May God send us and ASAP a rampagingly and actual Catholic pope to do to dissent within the Church what Saint John Paul II, Ronald Reagan and Maggie Thatcher did to the soviet union.
