This is why they never should have accepted any government money in the first place. Some of us have been strong opponents of government-sponsored school voucher programs for religious schools -- for this very reason.

I would suggest that any religious organization that relies on Federal money for survival isn't truly a religious organization in the first place.

You’re right. Christian companies should refrain from accepting government money and thus avoid the federal boot or bribe.

But it’s easier said than done. Government largess is pervasive nowadays, either in direct cash or tax bennies. Churches readily accept tax exemption status, and that is just the same as taking cash. Soon enough, the religious tax exemption will be under attack from the gay radicals.
