Religious leaders and religious people can agree try to deal with Muslims rationally. Governments on the other hand are directed to protect their citizens. Governments do not deal with religions per se, they deal with actions taken against their citizens. The government has no option to “talk” to attackers against their citizens, the government must act.
Blow ISIS out of existence.

I've got no problem with preaching the Good News to Muslims, encouraging them to accept Christ's mercy.
That would be a great thing to do for the Muslim population in Europe. Both good for the eternal souls of the Muslim individuals and good for Europe.
Somehow, I have a feeling that this is not what he's talking about.
