I am pleased to have the opportunity to pray for you and your relative. AND I know you well enough here and from your history in OR that I know that no reservations are necessary as to your intentions.
My kidney failure is not critical and my test results are, as with my diabetes, well under control. Nonetheless, I need all the prayers I can get.
Without the prayers of fellow FReepers besieging heaven on my behalf a year ago during my three weeks plus of coma in critical condition, I would certainly have died. I have made my peace with God and with all who have "trespassed against me" and I am ready to go when God is ready to have me. I do not fear death. I only fear pain. I am recovering from multiple surgeries last Tuesday related to providing dialysis access to my arm and my abdomen. Please pray for my rapid recovery. Ask your fellow Rescuers to pray for a recovering pro-life attorney who did his part at no cost to anyone.
Finally, if the pope's intentions ARE conformed to the will of God and I disagree, I am disagreeing with God and cannot be correct. I think of it as realism.
