Serious question as I don’t know. Are these the sorts that encouraged their flocks to sit out the elections in 2012, because the didn’t like a Mormon?

I am guessing that these are all Obama voters, and most of the people in their congregations are too. The evangelicals who stayed home rather than vote for Romney are not likely to be PP supporters.

No, they would be supporters of any progressive candidate, include Obama in 2012, and Hillary! in 2016 (though their hearts feel the Bern).
