I was thinking, though, about the difference in perceptions of the assassination of Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI and perceptions of the assassination of Francis.
If Benedict had been assassinated, so many would have said he brought it on himself by being so “intolerant.”
If Francis is assassinated, what excuse will his partisans on the left, especially in the media, have to offer? It seems to me that some people might see from his assassination that the muzzies are truly evil and really do want to kill us all.
It’s just a thought. I am not pulling for the muzzies to kill the pope.
