Is this coming from the “NEW” bible that they put out, it leaves out verses and turns words around, I suggest if you have one, burn it....

The “Biblical flood story” is not a fictional story. It is historical fact. My recommendation is to not mess with God’s Word, as He does not take doing so kindly.

The pre-flood people lived so long because 1)they were the first descendants of Adam and Eve, who had nearly perfect DNA, 2)the earth was shielded from the suns harmful cosmic rays. Also the “decimal theory” doesn’t hold water because if you look at the ages of Noah’s descendants you sill find that each generation lived fewer and fewer years until their lifespans were no longer than they are today.

They keep trying to break it, but end up braking themselves against it.

Without reading the link as it seems most are just click bait i remember one story that the flood was actually a strait that collapsed, not sure if it was the Bosphorus or Gibralter, may have been the latter as many flooded cities are found in the Mediteranean.

That's the problem--"new interpretations." The true interpretations have been handed down from Sinai and no modern critical scholarship is going to tell us anything.

As Rabbi Rotenberg (zt"l) said, history consists entirely of old facts and there is no room for "innovation" of any kind.

Non-believers have been working for centuries to soften The Word; nowadays this manifests itself with goofy attempts to pretend Sodom & Gomorrah were destroyed by meteors (so homosexual deviants are no longer the targets of what is basically a universal taboo). People will fabricate dire warnings from God about the environment in Scriptures but ignore direct words and actions from God and His Son Jesus regarding sins of the flesh.

Historically, Noah’s flood happened. Many cultures around the world have a reference about a great flood. The interesting fact is that some of the ancient cultures in the Americas have stories of a great flood. It is said that the ancestors to these tribes came across the land bridge around 10-15,000 years ago. Logically, Noah’s flood had to occur prior to that.
