I will bring along Koran and Hadith quotes to my next one. and since I would expect to be accused of taking things out of context, and since there are so many reinforcements to violence against us Kafirs in the Koran and Hadiths, I can quote them also. -tom
Apparently, it doesn't mean "God is Great", as I had been led to believe for most of my life.
It means "my god is greater [than your God]" - hence, its use while wiping out the opposition.
That's also why they build their mosques directly on the holy sites of other religions.
Muslims don't believe in the Natural Rights of Man [the underpinning of Western Civilization in general, and the American Republic in particular], which is why they can't be real American citizens.
That's what I would hit them in the teeth with.

There has been a concerted effort to rewrite history since the early nineties, at least.

Sometime back then, the UMC had a series of programs on other religions which were apparently not meant to be used for compare and contrast exercises, or for exposing differences, but as vehicles for proponents of the different faiths to essentially proselytize us.
The one I saw on Islam was a complete rewrite of its spread even then. Absolutely full of falsehoods, and the nice Methodists ate it all up, of course.
Since then, college curricula have morphed to the point of unrecognizability concerning the subject, and high school students are encouraged to write papers about how victimized and persecuted the misunderstood Muslim is in our country, and now younger students are pressured into reciting their prayers.
People really need to understand that peace does not mean to a Muslim what it supposedly means to us (any more than we mean what a Russian means when he says it). Words don’t matter, definitions do.
If no one is there to challenge the misinformation, the Muslims can easily sway a receptive audience.
The Muslims will make quotes from the Koran that make Allah sound nice and caring and forgiving, but those quotes apply to Allah's treatment of Muslims, and not to us vile Kafirs who Allah dislikes.
But the naive audience doesn't know that, and eats it up because they want to find common ground with the Muslims. -Tom
Trump mentioned in this evening’s debate having “many muslim friends”. I commented to my wife, “I don’t”.
And I sure as hell don’t want any.
I read that Muslims were planning to do this with the infidels due to their freak out over uppity Trump and his supporters.

Good for you and no, I have not heard about that in this area yet, but would not be surprised to know that it’s happening as there’s a mosque in Syracuse abutting the SU campus.

Because they do not have a good understanding of the faith. Jesus said that we were to 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'
Islam has to be fought on this level. Paul did this constantly with the Jews of his time, reasoning from the scriptures.
It can be done. It must be done. The question being, Christians willing to do this or are they just going to hope that being nice and non confrontational will win people over?

They think all confrontation and impassioned argument is bad, even when defending good causes. So they don’t defend their side, even as social justice warriors advocate expulsion and death to conservatives, Christians and whites.

Where are you going to be this coming Wednesday at noon?
I believe most people would go to Boston since those are the last instructions, and they supersede the earlier one.
If someone asked you about what your instructions were, you could honestly say the angel Gabriel told me to be in Times Square NY this Weds at noon, and with hold your latest instructions to go to Boston. That is practicing Muslim deception called Kitman. In Islam it is used to hide their bad intentions. Appearing to tell the truth but not telling the whole story.
I got a dose of that at the religious group meeting.
