He actually said on one of his videos that we can not know the identity of the ruler/anti-Christ until the 'rapture' happens, I said oh, what am I to do with all this knowledge? Those who teach the 'rapture' will be torn apart by the people they lied to.

Compare with the Parable of the Wheat and Tares, Matthew 13
30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.â€

Read the first four chapters of the book of Revelation.
Notice where the believers are BEFORE God pours out his wrath. Notice the letters to the seven churches and you will see that many in those churches are NOT in right standing.
Believers do not have God’s wrath poured out on them.
They suffer tribulations in their lives by men but God does not pour out his wrath on them ever.
The purpose of the tribulation is for the salvation of the Jewish nation , it is a judgement not on Israel but on all the other nations (ethnos) for what they do to the Jews.
People are saved to share the good news of Yeshua and to bring the Jewish people to jealousy . The rapture is the one thing that will wake Israel up.
