What Church doesn't care?

You speak very loosely about 1.22 billion Catholics instructed by Divine and Natural Law summarized in a perfectly clear and understandable Catechism (LINK) which makes our moral theology quite clear via the laws by which God enlightens our consciences and guides our lives.

We care.

But perhaps you do not think you are the Church?
