This situation was addressed in the Church at Corinth. Paul named many sins, including homosexuality, that the current church members did, but then said "Such were some of you", implying they had control of the flesh. If someone left $1000 on a coffee table, there are those that plot and plan for hours trying to figure out how to pick it up and put it in their pocket without getting caught. A homosexual plots and plans on getting naked with a person of the same sex until he/she finally does it. They have a choice of who they pull their clothes off in front of. It's not genetic to allow your underwear to hit the floor in front of anyone. Just as I had to tackle my anger problems, my drinking problems, my fornication problems, ect, a homosexual must make a conscience effort to stop what they are tempted to do. Jesus was tempted in the wilderness and was successful in rebuking the devil and avoiding sin. We are expected to do the same. If I see a beautiful woman eyeballing me, it's up to me to rebuff her advances to keep my purity. It's no difference with the homosexual. I could easily say I'm genetically engineered to submit to a woman's charms, but I have agreed to follow Christ and not my flesh. I can't imagine my wife agreeing to put up with me sleeping around while remaining married to her.

Scripture tells us what our sins are and what God thinks of them. How can we know what God is pleased with and then go against His will and then expect Him to make us His "Bride". No one forces anyone to take salvation. It's crazy to expect to keep your sin nature and expect the Bride groom to still take you as a Bride. A covenant is between two people that agree on the terms of the covenant. If the terms are not agreeable, then you are welcome to go to hell. God is the Sovereign. He made us and everything. We cannot tell the creator, I don't like the deal and want to renegotiate.

We all keep our sin nature. What God did was give us a way to be justified despite our sins. We cannot justify ourselves.

Which is exactly the problem in this scenario. These people justify themselves in terms of sexuality.
