“This isn’t a vacation. It’s a pilgrimage. And it’s tough. We’re going to be sweating. We’re going to be in the midst of lots of walking. We’re going to be stretching ourselves, not only physically, but also God is going to be doing things spiritually”, said Father Joshua Brommer.
Krakow is a city of saints, and four great souls from the modern age stand tall as radiant examples of courageous faith in troubling times. All four have a special link and meaning with World Youth Day.They are two men and two women. They are two philosophers and two simple souls. Two were killed at Auschwitz. Two lived life to its natural end. The four saints are St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein) Pope St. John Paul II, St. Maximillian Kolbe and St Faustina Kowalska.
Thank-you for the WYD 2016 posting. It will be a needed refreshing break from the division coming from Philly this week.
Thank-you and God Bless!
My next door neighbor is there. Prayers for everyone’s safety.
All praise goes to Jesus. :)
God is good and will work all things out for the GOOD. Thanks be to God.
And you’re going to be spinning and cya the latest foot in mouth episode that befalls the Pope. The Vatican should keep him at home under lock and key.
So who let you out?

I visited all their homes and churches on my pilgrimage to Eastern Europe.
What a fantastic memory it is.
Can’t think of a better city to have it. Krakow is the most Catholic city on the planet.

- People are rightly stirred up about the damn Thalmor being allowed to roam around arresting people, just for worshiping Talos.
