I am not surprised that beach volleyball, the uniforms are deemed to be a modesty issue. I think the sport started if I am not mistaken, on the beaches of Brazil itself. If I am wrong correct please. Thank-you! God Bless.
There is debate about where it started — SoCal, Australia, and Brazil all have legit cases to be made.
Actually, it first started in America.
But, it did not take long to spread to many countries, including Brazil.
It did start there. And what is really amazing is to go to Copacabana beach and watch them playing WITH THEIR FEET!!! Yes, like soccer. They are not allowed to TOUCH the ball with their hands. It is amazing to watch. I was watching about 4 “nets” and three of them were doing the “soccer vollyball thing.”

The puritans can simply stay away from these events. They are advertised and the places where they are played are well known.
OTOH the athleticism of the girls is inspiring to females, as my wife and my daughter assure me.
