Father, we pray that those who are motivated by greed, avarice and power are exposed in this election for all to see.
We pray that you will inspire Donald Trump and Mike Pence with words and actions that allow Americans to see them in a true light, not in the light in which their enemies would paint them.
Finally, we pray for our country. We know that we are on the edge of the precipice, Father, and we turn to you for comfort, and for the strength and wisdom in its citizens to pull this country back and set it on the right course.
